These 3 easy steps will help you recenter, find joy and follow your path. It can take as little as 10 seconds and can be preformed numerous times throughout the day. Here’s what it is and how to do it.

Take a moment to breathe, set your intention and be grateful. 

1. Breathe

Take a couple big deep breaths. Focus on the power of your breath. Release stress and let your body get centred.

2. Intention

Set your intention for that day or moment. What is your main goal? – To live your day healthy; push your limits; be vulnerable; act courageous; be a positive influence.

3. Gratitude

Be grateful for something or someone in your life. This can be a member of your family, a kind stranger, or the beautiful flowers. Take a moment to appreciate what a gift life is and all the joy it has to offer.

Practicing this B.I.G. technique will help you feel more inline your values and goals, while creating a positive outlook. It is so easy to do and helps create a mindset of success. I love doing it first thing when I wake up and mid-way through the day to get focused and make every moment count. This simple exercise will help you achieve your goals, live in the moment, and appreciate all the wonderful things life has to offer.
